When people of Mexico usually decorate their “Tehuana”, a traditional garment for celebrations, with flowers. Lavishly embroidered, it is a real work of art with its bright colors and intricate patterns. This large all-over design is an interpretation of the abundant Mexican flora and fauna. The profusion of colors and the overlapping leaves, flowers and birds create a sense of exultation. This is expressed with the natural, matte finish of the straw-texture paper.
