Due to the custom-made nature of our wallpaper orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for over-ordered quantities, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us promptly to arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Please inspect all wallpaper products prior to installation. We cannot accept responsibility for faults arising from installation errors, and it is essential to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions carefully.
For approved returns (e.g. damaged or faulty stock), the customer is responsible for any reasonable costs incurred, including freight. Each case will be assessed individually.
If a product is unavailable or has been discontinued by the supplier, you will have the option to select an alternative or receive a full refund.
