Welcome to Foord Wallcoverings: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By placing an order or browsing our website, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. General

This website is operated by Foord Wallcoverings(“we,” “our,” or “us”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the user or customer. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We take care to ensure all product details, images, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that colours or textures will appear exactly as seen on screen, due to variations in monitors and printing.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product discontinuation, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our wallpapers are sourced internationally or custom printed to order. As such, please double-check all specifications (e.g. quantity, colour, design) before confirming your purchase. We cannot accept returns for over-ordered or incorrectly chosen products.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. Payment is required in full at the time of order via our secure checkout using accepted payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide and internationally (where applicable). Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are specified at checkout. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or over-ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Return freight is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

8. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct installation of all wallpaper products. We strongly recommend using a professional installer and inspecting all materials prior to installation. We are not liable for issues arising from improper installation or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Foord Wallcoverings or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foord Wallcoverings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
